I think the queen bee of affordable luxury is right on the money! But staring at the computer all day, lunch in hand, is not something you want to be doing on a daily basis. Since my office is in my apartment I have to pull myself away from the computer by moving into the lounge area for lunch.
My soup of choice is straight from the can! Yes, I eat canned soup. I’m having an Andy Warhol moment, don’t you know! I must be honest, Mexican soup is the ONLY soup that I eat out of the can. I guess it’s because it’s the only soup that I’ve never attempted to cook myself, but in a busy week like this, I couldn’t be bothered to spend 3-4 hours cooking a soup from scratch, #justsaying.
